One Town Hill is a mixed use condominium building located at the base of Snow King Mountain in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming.  This project houses 29 free market condominiums and 5 employee housing units.  There are a variety of units which range from 450 square foot studio units up to 2,000 square foot three bedroom units.  The units were designed to function both as permanent residences as well as short term rentals.  In addition to the condominiums, there are three levels of underground parking, 3,000 square feet of office space, a fitness center, and storage units for each of the condominiums.
